Refunds
Due to the time and attention to detail it takes in assembling your gift, all sales are final. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at hello@frommetoyoubox.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Attention customers with food allergies
Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, or wheat. Please be mindful when ordering products for a recipient with food allergies. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
